Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and services, including downloadable and streaming content, Chantfull does not offer refunds once a product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded by the customer. We believe that this policy is necessary to help prevent unauthorized distribution and to maintain the integrity and value of our digital offerings.

Before making a purchase, we strongly encourage our customers to review all available information about the product, including descriptions, system requirements, and previews (if available) to ensure that it meets your needs and expectations. Physical Products

For physical products, we stand by the quality of our goods and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost or provide you with a full refund.
