Obviously to the person you say it to- it was Marc Twain who said it once: I can live for two months on a good compliment. But even more… On yourself! It can be recreational, occasional, professional, spiritual… Or it can simply be you moving with your favorite music in your living room.


It’s good to remember that when life starts getting complicated, all we have to do is go back to the basics. To our core values, such as: nature, movement and basic human interaction. That might not be the solution to all of our problems, but it’s surely a good place to start.
